Allen takes a look at the cumbersomely named The Tunnel to Summer, the Exit of Goodbyes (at least in its translated form), and finds it a bit..... eeeeh. Mostly it's a character issue, although the center of the whole thing is a tunnel that might seem like a blessing, but comes across more like a monkey paw blessing. When will we learn that convenient magic really isn't? Or something like that.

Well, not that any of the characters in Allen's pick of the week, Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead, are undead yet, but you take what you can get, I guess. Especially if it gets you off work.

The point Allen makes in his opening line of his review for Bullbuster isn't lost on me, of course, but I also kinda imagined an anime about a bunch of toreadors. Or toreador sentai troopers? I dunno, but what we really seem to get is a case of "what if our show about pest control had to deal with all the red tape?" And if you thought that was a good thing, then.... Allen agrees with you. Gotta have our satire one way or the other, I guess.
