The Nobilisation of a Bookworm.

Yeah, I know that's probably not a word, but that's a chance I'm willing to take for a dumb joke. Our show of the week is the third season of Ascendance of a Bookworm, another collab effort between Tim and I, so... enjoy.

And that's that. See you again next week.

Making Waves in the Dead Sea.

Well, apparently Allen just had the pleasure of going on a journey on a zombie-filled Titanic! Am I reading that right? We're talking about Black Butler: Book of the Atlantic, and it's a... weird movie, apparently. The Titanic is a pretty iconic ship, even before the rather infamous movie, so I imagine most people would be able to recognize it. But yeah. The Titanic. Zombies. Mystery. Demons. How could this movie possibly sink?

And that's that. Next week, we'll hopefully get to another season of an utterly fantastic show. See you all then.

Can Pablo Come Out And Play?

I don't know if the connection is there, but seeing as Allen's pick of the week -- a show about a young man pursuing art, painting specifically -- is called Blue Period, you kinda have to wonder. I guess we'll just have to see if a seuqel called "Pink Period" will improve matters, as the rating here is decidedly average. At least it's better than watching paint dry? Hopefully?

Anyway, see you again next week.

No Continent For Old Men.

So yeah, we are probably a bit late with this one, but... here is the review for A Place Further Than The Universe, which is by all accounts a solid masterpiece. You might be wondering who did the review for this: Allen or me? The answer is "Yes".

And that's that. See you again next week, barring any unforseen blizzards or something.
